We have a 24 hour cancellation/reschedule fee, which is 50% of the total service reserved. Please give as much notice as possible if you know you will be unable to make your reservation.

If you’ve no showed more than once, are chronically late or same-day cancelling, you may be banned from future reservations.

We have the right to deny services to anyone who behaves inappropriately during their service and to our discretion may charge 100% of services booked. If applicable we will contact law enforcement as well.

If you’re more than five minutes late for your reservation, you must wait for the next available slot that day if there are bookings after you. If you’re unable to wait, but can still come back later in the day, we will move your reservation. However, if there are no other openings or you are unable to keep a later time, you will be charged for half the service as if you were a no-show. Please try to be respectful of everyone’s time, including yours, by arriving promptly for your reservation.

We accept credit/debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, Cash App, cash in exact amounts (we do not have a cash drawer) and we do not accept checks.

We are currently mask optional. You may come into Sola at your reserved time and wait outside our door if it’s closed. This is subject to change at any time.
